The House · Since MMXV
Ten years,
one road.
Every town in Punjab has cloth shops. Kotkapura has a fabric house. This is the story of how a counter on Jaitu Road, two doors from the Gurudwara, became the address Malwa's grooms give their tailors.

Chapter I
The wall came first.
Before the lanterns, before the green roundel, there was one conviction: a town deserves a wall of cloth it can trust. Raymond. Linen Club. Siyaram's. Bolt by bolt, the wall grew — and with it, the habit Kotkapura still keeps: when the occasion matters, you go to Jaitu Road.

Then came the reserved room.
Some clients began asking for more than the wall could hold — cloth from Biella, from Como, from Savile Row. So the house built a room for them: twelve grand-cru mills, shown by appointment, under a name that says exactly what it means. KHAAS. Special.

The occasions found us.
Grooms from Faridkot, Bathinda and Muktsar. Fathers who came for one wedding and returned for three more. Four hundred Google reviews, written mostly in the weeks after somebody's biggest day. The house never advertised much — the baraats did it for us.
